How to Order



1. Choose the plants you want

Select the specification (sizes) and quantity needed, then add to cart.

2. Choose a shipping method

There are two options: Self-collection and Delivery service (Charges will be shown upon checking out).

3. Double-check your order

If the size of the plant you are looking for is not available from our website, you can leave a note/message for us to indicate what height you are looking for.

4. Reviewing of order

Our staffs will contact you based on your Order number, where we will be checking for stock availability and take photos of each plant for your approval before delivery or self-collection. These procedures will be done via WhatsApp.


5. Enquiry

Please provide specific delivery address (e.g. Lamp post no. & site contact no.). Do make sure your delivery location is accessible at your chosen date and timing slot.

In the event of a failed delivery due to restrictions at your delivery address, the item(s) will be returned to our premises.

In the event the delivery address provided is incorrect, the item(s) will be returned to our premises if we are unable to reach you at the contact number provided.

Additional delivery fees may be charged for re-delivery service.

Delivery will be to ground level or to high-rise levels only if accessible by service lifts. In such cases, item(s) for delivery will need to be able to fit into the service lifts. Do ensure to check the size (Height & Width) of your service lift. We have the rights to reject delivery of item(s) if the delivery location is not accessible or pose difficulty to our workers.

Bulky or heavy item(s) delivery requiring the use of additional or specialized equipment, additional labour*, or the use of lorry-crane services, will incur additional charges. *Additional labour include carrying of long distances, manual lifting up the stairs and any other works that are physically intensive.

In any circumstances, if your delivery location does not meet the above conditions, goods will be returned to our premises and full refund will be given. Do ensure you have enough manpower of your own present at the time of delivery to unload the item(s), in the event where your delivery location does not meet the criteria of our delivery conditions.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you require changes to the delivery date & time. If we are unable to make your delivery on the chosen date & timing slot, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements.

In the event of delivery delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.
