We kindly ask you to take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions below before selecting our delivery service. If there are any special considerations or restrictions at your delivery address, please inform us.

Delivery T&Cs
  • For bulky or heavy item(s) requiring specialized equipment or additional labor, there will be extra charges.
  • Deliveries to Sentosa, Jurong Island, outer-lying islands, or restricted access areas will include a surcharge.
  • If the delivery address provided is incorrect, the items will be returned to our premises. Redelivery fees may apply.
  • Delivery will be made to ground level or accessible high-rise levels via service lifts. If items do not fit into the lifts without prior arrangements, redelivery fees may apply.
  • Please inspect all products upon delivery. If you're not available, you can request our personnel to leave items at your doorstep, but we cannot be held liable for missing or damaged items thereafter.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for extra manpower, time, equipment, or redelivery services.
  • We reserve the right to decline unreasonable service requests if not arranged in advance, as our delivery personnel operate on a tight schedule. Examples include arrangements such as placing items at your address, removing and disposing of items, or on-site re-potting or planting.
What are the available delivery options and rates?

For small plants, shrubs and gardening needs:

  • Enjoy complimentary delivery for small plant purchases totaling $200 or more.
  • Otherwise, a $40 delivery fee will apply.

For trees:

  • Benefit from free delivery for tree purchases totaling $500 or more.
  • Otherwise, an additional $80 delivery fee will be charged.

You're welcome to arrange your own transportation for pick-up collections. Simply select the self-collection option, and we'll reach out to you shortly.

How do I track my order?

Once you're signed into your account, simply head to 'My Account' and navigate to 'My Purchases & Returns' to check on your order status. You'll find your order status displayed next to your order number.

When is your delivery date & time?

We deliver every Wednesday and Saturday from 10 am to 7 pm. In the event of a public holiday falling on our delivery date, we'll deliver on the next available day, such as Thursday. We will inform you a day before the delivery to confirm all details.

Self Collection T&C

Pickup at our locations is free of charge. Once you select pickup as your preferred option, we'll reach out to you for further details.

Please be aware that if you opt for pickup at our partner's location, we require a minimum of 2 days' notice in advance.

If there are any changes to your pickup schedule, kindly inform us in advance.

For small plants, shrubs, and gardening needs:

  • Self-collection is available at both our nurseries and partner locations.
  • Please note that self-collection requests at our partner locations must be arranged at least 2 days in advance to ensure adequate time for us to prepare your plants.
